Act of infringing and disrespecting
Casagbic acknowledges our act of infringing and disrespecting the rights of Junnovate LLC. Casagbic Maker was using the AppyBuilder sources, which is now parented by Junnovate LLC, and Casagbic understands that these sources come under the license of GNU GPL v3.0. Since Casagbic Maker's source is not open and wasn't under proper license conditions, Casagbic has been violated the license GNU GPL v3.0 and was in breach. We understand that violating a license is illegal and moreover it's unethical. And using someone's hard work without the author's permission and knowledge is a crucial action and as developers, we should keep respect, ethics and obey the rules. We, Casagbic, regret in our least comprehension and action of infringement. We feel apologetic towards AppyBuilder and Junnovate LLC. Since Casagbic is learning and investigating to become better, Casagbic realized that this is a critical issue and disrespected some developers and organizations, we agree that we won't repeat this illegal action again with or without our knowledge. Casagbic and it's services respect and understands the value of all licenses including GNU GPL license v3.0.
